How we will use that information

This can be a simple issue such as your current contract for storage coming to an end. Another example is if you have attempted to store something that, according to our terms and conditions, cannot be stored with us. In the latter case we will contact you to make other arrangements for storage.

5. Any information you supply to us via our online form is handled using a secure server. It encrypts information before it is sent. Once the information is with us we have strict security procedures that govern how your information is stored in our office. 8. Under the Data Protection Act you may request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. We charge a £10 administrative fee and require two pieces of photo ID. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct, amend or delete personal data.

When we can disclose information to someone else

9. We may be required my law to provide information to relevant authorities. For example, if you attempt to store illegal goods with us we will pass on your details to law enforcement authorities.

10. We recognize that some people may feel uncomfortable about providing information. We will not pass on any of your information to direct marketers. We may contact you from time to time regarding other services we can offer you. If you do not want us to contact you regarding new services, please notify us.
